What it Takes to Be a Student (and) Musician

Singer-songwriter Alison Albrecht combines the likes of pop, folk, and soul with sharply insightful songwriting to consistently captivate audiences from concert venues to living rooms. With a sound that is bold yet ethereal, Alison draws inspiration from the likes of Carole King, Sara Bareilles, and Maggie Rogers.

Raised in Michigan and now based in Los Angeles, she has opened for major acts such as The Steve Miller Band, Troye Sivan, and Charlie Puth, to name a few and was a national anthem singer for the Detroit Tigers. Most recently, Alison rose to the Top 36 on Season 24 of NBC’s The Voice as a member of Team Reba McEntire, showcasing her silky smooth vocals and dynamic range.

Alison’s latest single “Lifeline,” an indie-pop anthem, has amassed over 10,000 streams and counting. Her next EP is set to release in the spring of 2025.
